Follow the following steps to add new FAQs:

1. Click the 'Manage questions' button

2. From your site's dashboard, click 'Add Question' and add a new question and answer

3. Each new question must be assigned to a category

4. Then click on 'Save' and then on 'Publish'.

You can always edit your questions and answers, change the order and select other categories.

Yes. To add media you need to follow the following steps:

1. Go to the settings of the app

2. Click on 'Manage questions'

3. Create or select the question you want to add media to

4. When editing your answer, click on the video, image or GIF icon

5. Add media from your library and click 'Save'.

You can change the title of the FAQs in the formats. If you don't want to display the title, you can easily disable it under 'Information'.
